If you’re looking to grab drinks in Uptown Dallas without breaking the bank, The Standard Pour is an absolute must-visit. They offer some of the best drink prices in the area, made even better by their all-day happy hour on Mondays. During my visit, I tried the Diablo Margarita—it had that perfect, fiery kick of spice just the way I like it. The atmosphere was lively and buzzing with people tuned into Monday Night Football, and the overall crowd was super friendly and welcoming. It's an ideal spot to catch a game and make new friends. Fun fact—The Standard Pour shares ownership with Parliament nearby, as well as Thomas Avenue Beverage Company right next door. All three spots feature fantastic Monday happy hours, making this block prime real estate for a night out. I recommend Ubering straight to The Standard Pour, having a few drinks, and exploring the rest of the neighborhood's local bar scene!
