Trinity Cider in Deep Ellum, Dallas is such a cool concept—it’s part distillery, part Dominican restaurant! They had a live DJ playing on Sundays, plenty of bar games, and a super family-friendly environment with people dancing and having a great time. The food was delicious and the portions were hearty. I tried their world-famous Bacon Jam Beer, which placed 2nd at the Texas State Fair! Definitely a must-visit spot for bar enthusiasts who love a casual, vibrant Latin vibe.
