I checked out Trophy in Deep Ellum, Dallas on a Wednesday, and it was a great time. Although the patio was closed, the main open area of the bar was completely packed. The setup and energy are very similar to the now-closed Bottled Blonde. They played a great mix of hip-hop and reggaeton, drawing a diverse, multicultural crowd where everyone was just having fun. Drinks are a little pricey, and they do add an automatic gratuity to every tab, so keep that in mind before you add an extra tip. Overall, the vibes are perfect for a mid-week adventure. It’s not quite as crazy as Trak & A$, but it is definitely still a wild party.
